Either version. The presets are .fxp files, the classic Serum format, and open in Serum 2 and Serum 1. The loops and one-shots are WAV files and work in any DAW.

Yes, mostly. The drum loops and basses sit fine at deep house and minimal tempos; the stabs and leads are the most tech-house-specific part of the pack.
